I am 53 years old, and have lived in Wales from the age of 14, the last 21 years of which I have lived in Swansea.
My mother worked as a Psychotherapist and I have two elder brothers, both of whom work in the medical profession; one is a Professor of Cardiology in the United States, the other a scientist specialising in Cancer research at the Royal Marsden Hospital in London, so it was natural that I would develop an interest in health issues.
I was horse mad as a teenager, and worked with horses until the age of 21 when my interest in homeopathy began; after seeing one horse recover from severe allergy and respiratory problems (he was diagnosed as broken winded in horse terms) following homeopathic treatment, and another horse with a sarcoid avoiding surgery following treatment.
My involvement in Homeopathy dates back 32 years: I first attended the British School Of Homeopathy from 1987 to 1991, practised as a Licentiate until my full registration with the Society of Homeopaths in 1993.
My main interests outside of Homeopathy are chess, badminton, gardening and walking.
